I hope I understood you correctly. You want something similar to Guild Notice, right?
I will install such an announcement box, but only admins will be able to edit its contents (me or Ether currently). So, I guess, I'll start a thread where other users could post what to add to that anouncement box, and Ether or me are gonna edit it.

Would that be okay?

Also, this is a little more complex but, with the whole GPQ sign up/schedual thing,
Would it be possible to have it formatted like this?

i.e.
GPQ on MM/DD at Hr:Min
1)Lead by: [Insert Jr here]
2)[Insert name] *DK
3)[Insert name] *CB
4)[Insert name]
5)[Insert name] *Mage
6)

This would be the basic format, but could be expanded depending if more than 6 people sign up.
Also, since GPQ has many requirements, placing labels* on what is needed will help.

Of course, one person could cover more than 1 requirement.
i.e. A Jr. who is also a DK, or CB, ect...

Or do you want me to write a separate editable GPQ Shedule box in some particular format, where others could add their names if they join, and place it somewhere on the index page? If so, then forget about it. This is a forum after all, and I'm not much of a programmer.

In any case, I think a separate thread for GPQ schedule is enough. I think I might be able to make it so that the first post of the GPQ schedule thread appeared on its every page, and make it editable by all the registered users. I think that would be much easier this way, and you would be able to format the message the way you like too. But this will have to wait a bit.

You don't have to worry too much about how long the GPQ schedule sign up thing will need to be completed.

I kinda wish I had the skills to do that...
Although website creation hasn't been my forte.
Security problems/Setup are a bit more of my thing, though it's limited to commercial and personal use.
