Every so often, I can't even access the forum website and when it's back up, my login information has been forgotten.

Do you get any error when you can't access the website? And when did it start, approximately?
Because since the last time I saw you our host switched servers and I upgraded the forum engine. :] Server switching caused some downtime. Right now account transfers are complete but there are still some things they're working on to finalize everything, and while they do it might still cause some occasional errors.
As for the login info, hm, might be also because of those changes plus engine update. I'll re-check the cookie settings.

Sometimes when I click on the forum from my favorites it says the page can not be accessed. My info isnt erased though. I just come back later and try it and it usally works.

Ah a few days ago I couldn't access it either. Host suspended? Or server suspended? Forgot what it said, but it was suspended nonetheless.

Regarding suspension problem I already explained. And before that there was another suspension which was caused by the forum update script. Hopefully, this shouldn't happen again.

Mine had nothing to do with that. Because it still happens. Its litterally like "this page can not be found" it does it at least twice a day to me. So I just go do something else. All my other web pages work.

Hannah, can you copy the error next time you see it, please? Because if it simply fails to load, that means some services are down for maintenance, as they're still setting things up after the server change. But if it's some specific error, like "406 Not Acceptable", then, please, post the full error text here.

oo' Sorry, I didn't mean to sound harsh or anything. It's just that I need precise info about the error to know if it's something I should notify the support about.
