You don't want to get Polish version, only Polish voiceovers (unless you want all in-game text in Polish as well). And sure you won't be able to buy a Polish version in the US for that matter, it's only available in Poland. I meant to download polish voiceovers. It's a single file of around 500MB+.
As for sexual content, main character is handsome and women tend to like him, so... Well, you don't have to get into anything, it's up to you, and it's nothing graphic anyway, but they talk about it quite openly at times.

Yup, pretty much. You just replace the original (English, in your case) sound file with Polish one. Extremely easy to do.

It is. It was on Xbox at first, later it was ported to PC.

Toff is right, they have it for the PC now. I love that game sooo much. You can name yourself, have romances (if you are a girl you only have one straight choice, if you want to be lez you have two choices. I replayed it after I messed up the romance, just so I could get the cutscene near the end lol). I had a hard time being evil so I ended up being good the whole time. Omg I love it so much. I'm going to play it again once I find the time. Plus the music is

How do you mess up a romance? Is this one of the games where you gotta do everything right to get the "perfect" ending?

The romances are optional and dont affect the ending. Being good or evil does. The romance part only affects a small cutscene towards the end. To get that end you have to make sure you say the right things to the person you are trying to get with. It is kinda hard, but if you have a guide on the romances you'll know when and what to say at what time. Oh and the romance does affect how it says you spend the rest of your life at the end lol. Being good or evil also affects that and the memebers of your team. Funny stuff lol.
For names I always made my own but they have a ton to pick from. I named myself Shadowed Rose Pei Mei lol.

Regarding "The Witcher" game. The developers released "The Witcher: Enhanced Edition" not so long ago and it's available for download for free from the official website as an add-on if you purchased the original game. This enhanced edition finally allows you to choose the language of text and voiceovers in the game. You can download any language pack from the official website and then use the game's options menu to choose the desired language. Thus you can get English text + Polish voiceovers and easily switch between languages. There's even a Chinese language pack. :]
