Even though they had a finale, I think they're going to come out with at least one more season. There are too many Avatar fans out there, excluding me, begging for more. I mean, if they don't step up to make more episodes, then people are going to start making awful fanfics.

The least they could do for us fans is another movie that covers everything that they didnt explain...perhaps what they all are doing 20 years later or something idk. I just feel like it was not a complete end for me.

I think they should make a season where they travel the world yet again, in search for clues of zuko's mother (cliffhanger at the end of the finale). And maybe somewhere in between, they stumble upon a few air nomads (plot twister!) and aang gets like supa happy and like decides to live there forever! (EVEN BIGGER PLOT TWISTER!)
