I'm gonna show you an example of how it works for me...
This is with all the browser's cache cleared, so everything was loading from scratch.
YouTube lags more often for me than this forum, you know. So just stop blaming the poor hoster and the forum. If nothing works at all, this means the server is being rebooted and it should be working in a few minutes. This must not happen often, only if the staff is fixing some problems with the server. But if it just lags, seek for the problem at your side first.
And Ether, if it gives you a response timeout error, there's always "Try again" button. Or just click "Back" button if you're using Firefox, and your message will be there. I'm explaining all this as if it's the first time people see the Internet.
