how do we use it?

Just as any other RSS or ATOM feed out there on the web. For instance, you can subscribe to a feed in Firefox by clicking the orange RSS logo in your address bar:

In IE8 you can find that logo below the address bar in your tab area, in Safari it's the button that says RSS in the address bar etc.

Btw, seems like subscribing to a feed of a specific topic only works in Safari:

Didn't try Google Chrome or Opera though.

im finally able to access this site somehow my laptop loads slow and it doesnt let me go through

I check periodically, and this time I could access it! However it died while I was typing stuff up, but then came back.

Our hoster got really annoying lately with all those server moves and errors, I hope this was the last one.
