Red meat is the best kind of meat. The earthy flavor of seasoned, but sauce-less, steak is one of the things I live for. Animal flesh is just too good, I'd never go vegetarian, even if my life depended on it (Maybe when I'm like 60, I'll have some sort of cholesterol problem, but hey, you don't like forever. Besides, if you're not eating what you like, you're not living).

Sauce-less? I could eat a bare steak and enjoy it, but at the minimum I'll at least salt it up. Many sauces, many ways to enhance flavor.
