You poor child.
So... you stopped on step 2? Did you install Subclipse? After you install it (check out installation tutorial), you'll have to, in simple words, recreate those four mentioned source files from their repository with the help of Eclipse using a newly added option "SVN Repository Exploring". In preferences you'll have to set the path to SVN repository: "https://j2s.svn.sourceforge.net/svnroot ... nk/sources". You should be able to do this from "Team SVN"
